Hands-on examples allowed us to get an actual feel for how the program works. Good explanations and integration of theoretical concepts and how they relate to practical applications.
I thought the trainer was really engaging and was very quick on his feet to answer questions that were related to our work and really tailored the teaching towards our needs and went above and beyond to meet them. I could not recommend Shaun enough!
Deepthi was super attuned to my needs, she could tell when to add layers of complexity and when to hold back and take a more structured approach. Deepthi truly worked at my pace and ensured I was able to use the new functions /tools myself by first showing then letting me recreate the items myself which really helped embed the training. I could not be happier with the results of this training and with the level of expertise of Deepthi!

Understanding big data beter
I liked Pablo's style, the fact that he covered a lot of subjects from report design , customization with html to implementing simple ML algortithms. Good balance theoretical information / exercices. Pablo really covered all topics i was interested in and gave comprehensive answers to my questions.
Got to know new features in OS which I wasn't aware before.
